We have been staying at the Lenox off and on for 30 years. The improvements are amazing. The rooms are modern in an old style hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Allentown location has a lot to offer on it's own.

This hotel is historic, and beautiful. It is one of those places where you wish you could've been there, during its Prime. Would definitely stay again. Very quiet rooms, very comfortable. Love the fact that I could actually open a window. Room 845 had a beautiful view of the skyline.

I've really enjoyed my stay here. This had a unique feel to it that reminded me of older hotels in Saigon from the French Colonial era. I felt like I was traveling in a foreign country while here but surrounded by American conveniences. Friendly staff too. Clean room.

Stayed for only one night but definitely enjoyed my stay. Very dog friendly/oriented hotel which I haven't seen much of, but super welcoming. It's like every time I got out of the elevator there was another sweet dog I could pet! The front desk people were always nice and helpful, room was clean and had a beautiful view. Adored how historic it was not to mention affordable! Definitely coming back on my next trip up.

This is an absolutely charming historic hotel! The woodwork looks original, as do the bathroom components. The tall ceilings and doorways are fantastic! The staff go above and beyond to offer any help possible. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing experience, great view and wonderful people! Leah stole our hearts and made us feel so at home! Definitely will be back, but we're sorry to see Leah go, and wish her best of luck at her new job!

My wife found this online while searching for a place to stay in the Allentown neighborhood of Buffalo. It is definitely an older place, and the majority of the Lenox hotel and suites are actually apartments that people live in but they reserve a few rooms to run out as hotels. Our room was clean and perfect for the price which by the way was half of what we would've paid to stay anywhere else in Buffalo in that area. The staff was helpful and it was perfectly located to all of the goings-on in that neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again. The next time we come to Buffalo.

Hotel staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms were well maintained by the cleaning staff. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is beautiful, the gentleman who checked me in was amazing went over and above! The room is cozy but comfortable the location is perfect,so central. I would def stay there again.

Bed was super comfy! I liked the old style with the tub and hot water heater. Front desk people were friendly and helped me where to find a brewery. The parking lot, which was free, was right next to the building.

The staff was great, second time I've stayed there. Location is very convenient, easy to walk around, unlike downtown.

The beds and bedding were very nice and comfortable. The pillows were comfy. The room was cozy and pretty and very clean! The bureau and closet were large and roomy and we liked the mirrors and hallway. The bathroom was large with lots of towels. The hotel is very quiet and restful.

What an exquisite hotel. Great staff. Ambience of the hotel and location are just perfect. Short walk to dining a number of places. And beautiful plant life on your walks. Close to hospitals and downtown Buffalo. Great price also for location.
